Housing Application and Roommate Selection Details
- The Academic Year 2024-25 Housing Application is open for newly admitted first-year and graduate students.
- The Academic Year 2024-2025 Housing Application will open for newly admitted transfer students on March 19.
- The Academice Year 2024-25 Housing Application is available for returning students and new graduate students to join the waitlist.
- The Summer 2024 Housing Application is now open. However, Georgia Tech Housing and Residence Life is currently at full capacity for the Summer 2024 Family housing application. We are not accepting new applicants for 2024 Family Summer housing due to closing Tenth and Home building A for summer 2024 refresh.
- Roommate Process: Roommate Selection is now available for students who have secured housing. We encourage residents to finalize their roommate selections prior to room selection. Once a resident has assigned themselves to a room, they will not be able to access roommate search.

To cancel your Housing Contract, click Cancel My Housing or select it from the Resources menu above.
