2026-27 Academic Year housing lottery results will be released on November 14 between 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. Please check your email after this time to see if you made the housing lottery or to view your position on the waitlist.
The 2026-27 Academic Year housing application is currently closed and will reopen on Monday, November 17, 2025.
If you are an incoming transfer student for Spring 2026, your deadline to apply for 2026-27 Academic Year housing and be considered for the lottery is January 22, 2026.

The My Housing portal will be your one-stop for all Housing processes moving foward. You will login here to apply for housing, select or find your roommate(s), self-assign your room, cancel your assignment, reapply, use room swap to change rooms, and make your move-in appointment. Once you are in residence, you'll want to bookmark this page so you can submit maintenance requests, review room inspections, and much more!
CANCEL HOUSING To cancel your Housing Contract, click Cancel My Housing or select it from the Resources menu above.
